RESERVATION PROCEDURE

1. Make your reservations request.
    
2. We will check room availability for your requested dates. If rooms are available we will e-mail you a confirmation and a credit card payment form.
    
3. To confirm your reservation we require within three days, the receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount due. Our e-mail address for PayPal payment is manager@playareservations.com

4. After we have received the deposit, we will e-mail you a room confirmation. Please print out your confirmation and upon arrival at the Hotel, present it at the reception and pay the balance due.
